Cindy comes from 30 years of an Information Technology background and for 10 years owned and operated a successful software development company based in Austin. She is married and has two sons attending college in Texas. With a firm belief in the growth of housing values in Austin, she took real estate classes initially for the purpose of education. Midway through, Cindy began to see herself as a perfect candidate for selling real estate and answered the call to licensing in 2005. She found The Gardner Group in 2006. With a natural gift for over-the-top customer service and a passion for home improvement, Cindy quickly found her niche as a Home Marketing Specialist for Steve Gardner. A high tech background enables Cindy to utilize every avenue and technology available to reach buyers. She places a lot of focus on the key strategy of building professional relationships with other brokerage firms, knowing that it is they who will likely procure the ready, willing and able buyer.
