Annie is a practicing attorney and graduate of The University of Texas School of Law. She is also a mediator certified through the American Arbitration Association and maintains an active mediation practice. A resident of Austin for 14 years Annie fulfilled a life long interest in real estate by joining The Gardner Group in 2007. She earned the nationally recognized Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in June 2008. Annie completed the GRI national continuing education program through the Texas Association of Realtors including instruction in finance, marketing, real estate investments, professional standards, technology tools and legal issues. The GRI designation represents a degree of knowledge and professionalism that is a mark of excellence in today’s complex real estate field. Annie’s attention to detail, negotiating skills, and sophisticated understanding of both the human and business elements in real estate transactions provide her clients with the highest level of service.
