The south suburban area continues to grow with the popularity of master planned communities and offers many nearby conveniences with a more rural setting. Buda: Buda is located just South of Austin on I 35. Once a quiet railroad town, Buda has now become one of the fastest growing communities in Central Texas. Residents of Buda like to enjoy one of their many parks and the Buda library during their time off. Although Buda has seen a lot of recent growth, they are still making efforts to retain the rural atmosphere characteristic of their heritage.
