Gracy Woods: In the area between Braker Ln., Metric Blvd, Lamar Blvd. and Bittern Hollow you will find Gracy Woods. There are condos, townhomes and single family homes here that sit near the Big Walnut Creek Greenbelt which is perfect for outdoor types. The neighborhood has been considered ‘perfect for first time homebuyers’ by the Austin American Statesman.
